		<description>Adrienne Carlson, I agree with you and add that the course I took the distance, in particular, felt that improved my communication skills because when you interact at a distance has the body language of another person to help in the interpretation of the answers, and you becomes aware of how others may react to something that you write very differently than I intended it to be understood.</description>
