@LR: UPOU offers one bachelor's degree right now, which is Bachelor of Arts in Multimedia Studies (BAMS). BAMS is delivered in distance mode but one has to appear for practicum and hands-on courses. You can check this link for more information. Thanks!

Hi, sorry for barging in on you like this.

My brother is a UP Diliman dropout. He dropped out in 2004 because he had to battle cancer. He's okay now, thank goodness. He's just starting to get his life together again.

He wants to return to school, but because most of his time is still devoted to visiting doctors, he really doesn't have time to go back to school in traditional way. He's thinking of Distance Education. Of course, being a former UP student, he wants to get into UPOU.

But from what I understand, UPOU offers associate degrees, not bachelor degrees. However, in one of your entries, you said that after finishing your associate degree, you will continue your studies to get a bachelor's degree. May I know exactly how an associate degree holder can earn a bachelor's degree? Does UPOU offer bachelor's degree via distance learning, or do you have to enroll in one of UP's campuses?

I'll really appreciate your help. Thanks in advance. :)
